1)    Minimum Qualification: Graduation ( any stream )
2)    5 Yrs. Experience in Distance & Open education, sound computer skill with internet.
3)    Language known: English, Hindi (Reading) & Mother language (Reading, Writing & Talk).
4)    Essential:
     (A) Office space: Minimum 100 sq.ft.
     (B) Computer with internet connection.
     (C) Printer & Scanner.
